A social perspective on development emphasizes the view that the best route to socio-economic development, poverty eradication and personal well being is through continuous effort in right direction. There should be a focus on creating better and more productive jobs that can prove beneficial to the common man. Focus should be in labor intensive industries such as agriculture. Also we should emphasize in providing poor people with the necessary skills that will be enable them to take full advantage of any opportunity in this direction.

The SaiSparsh Trust provides employment to the underprivileged people in different sectors. It believes that to transform our society unemployment should be removed. The trust focuses rural area and has become successful in making substantial contribution in employing villagers, men and women, in agricultural projects. The only way to make an impact is to focus on a particular area and to work for the local population. For different projects localities are involved to work appropriately.
